Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.

Men’s Shirts – Neck: Measure around the base of your neck with one finger inside the tape.
Women’s Shirts – Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

Trousers

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
Outseam: Measure from the waist to the floor.

Skirts
